HOW TO ENTER COLORADO
SUPER SERIES QUALIFYING TOURNAMENTS:

  • All teams entering Super Series  National Championship qualifying events must be registered with Super Series National Office. 

  • All teams must register with Super Series Baseball once in each season. There are two seasons per year.  Summer Season is Jan 1 through July 31,  Winter Season is August 1 through December 31 of each year.  The cost of team registration is $35 per season. 

    You must register your team online by visiting the following page on our national web site at:

    After successful online registration you must download and print  your  completed and numbered TEAM REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE  from the main office.

                                     

Once registered with Super Series National office for the season,  you can then enter a Colorado qualifying  tournament.  The team manager or coach needs to enter qualifying tournaments online and should have the following information available when entering: 

  •  Numbered  TEAM REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE with assigned team registration number and password on the certificate. 

  • Valid credit card for payment.  The credit card will not be charged until Super Series Colorado is sure that the tournament will not be cancelled due to weather or other related issues.  Don't wait to enter a tournament thinking your card will be charged immediately.  The surcharges are too costly to charge your card immediately and then refund for rain outs. 

  •  Know which Division and tournament you are entering and have a list if you are entering multiple tournaments at the same time.

SUPER SERIES TOURNAMENTS
ENTRY REFUND POLICIES:

There are no refunds for withdrawal 
within 30 days of the start of an event.  

Teams withdrawing from an event 
more than 30 days in advance 
shall receive a full refund of their entry fee, 
less a $25.00 handling fee.
