HOLIDAY TOURNAMENTS 

Pueblo West Stars Youth Basketball Association 

On behalf of the Pueblo West Stars Youth Basketball Association we want to thank you for your participation in our fund raising tournaments.  We understand that many people will be attending Christmas parties this weekend or have other functions they will be attending.  With 40 teams participating in our tournament (that equates to around 500 people) we cannot possibly work the tournament game times around every parent, player and coaches time restraints.  PLEASE be understanding that if your team plans to participate in this weekend tournament make arrangements for the players to somehow be available to play from Friday at 5pm to 10pm, Saturday from 8am until 10 and Sunday from 8am until 5pm.  If it is impossible for a team to field enough players, please make this decision before you enter this tournament.  We simply cannot  arrange this tournament around each persons schedule.  Thanks so much from all of us and for your understanding and assistance and please have a HAPPY HOLIDAY SEASON!!!
